  This inspection was conducted at the request of Jeff Ziegler to determine what needed to be done to open the food service
  operation again.
   
  I gave Mr. Ziegler our packet on opening a food service operation, the building/fire departments sign off sheet and some other
  food service factsheets. The only think left in the kitchen area was the hoodsystem. The plumbing is disconnected at the
  valves and the plumbing was cut back by the wall. At this time, Mr. Ziegler has brought in a reach-in cooler, prep cooler,
  grease trap, 3-compartment sink and handsink. None of the equipment is connected at this time.
   
  Mr. Zeigler was informed that he would need to submit a plan review application, plan drawing of kitchen, menu and make/model
  of equipment. He was also informed to contact the building and fire department for their requirements.
